Women and sexual harassment

"Women an easy prey of sexual harassment and assault"

Workplaces should be safe enough for women who out of their domestic necessities are forced to work and support their families.

West apparently being a free society in terms of sexual relationships held between same or opposite genders yet it has established moral principles and laws active to disourage and curb sexual assault of any sort particularly at workplaces where both genders have to come into close association.

Our society though mainly characterised with the value of respect towards women yet has lacunas of both moral upbringing and legislation or enforcement of the same that the black sheep at workplaces easily get away with the punishment due for their crime.

Voice must be raised in this regard to highlight this issue in order to keep our workplaces safe enough for the respectable but needy women who have either to suffer or stop working.
