Eastern education vs western education

Education being a tool for human development is considered to be the first and best of all. Educational institutions are in every way the back bone of a society where human intellect keeps evolving at a natural scale.Ideologies are born and  groomed,making their impact on society and then they either last or fizzle out if not in harmony with natural strings.

The basic difference between us and west is that they have a culture of "Education  controlled society" while we carry "Society controlled education" culture.

What does "education controlled society"mean and what positive difference it brings about in the society?

There is always difference of opinions among people of a society which is considered to be a good sign for the overall progress of society both on intellectual and material level.

Whenever there is a situation of colliding idealogies,their intelligentsia from educational institutions take up the same to debate on the merits of accepted social norms.By analysing the outcome of any ideology,they prefer to adapt to the one that is more nature friendly hence fruitful to the society.

Resultantly their society undergoes an evolved process of thought maintaining the balance between different ideologues.

The culture of "society controlled education" on the other hand is a symbol of a society where people instead of letting their ideology to be passing through the touchstone of healthy critique, tend to impose the same on society disregarding the very fact the same is not coinciding the prevailing social norms .

Educational institutions fall prey to their malpractices as they exploit the same to meet their evil ends I,e to monopolise the whole society with their narratives.

Resultantly the society misshapens and an imbalance is created between prevailing ideologies due to the lack of view exchange.

As we see the same happening in our society where there is an unending gap between those who portray themselves as liberal and progressive while there are people sticking themselves to the thoughts who are referred to as conservatives by liberals.

What is that makes one liberal and the other conservative?

These are man made terminologies to differentiate between the ideologues and this differenciation becomes a curse for a society if both of these keep sticking to their ideologies leaving no room for a healthy debate that can help choose the right and wrong in both ideologies hence benefiting the society with a natural discourse of thoughts.

Educational institutions(universities and madrassas)in our country are basically controlled by the same ideological entities that have paralysed the whole society and with the intrusion of political players,these educational hubs are no more the centres of intellectual learning rather they present a view of deeply entrenched political mafias.

The outcome is an ever widening communication gap resulting in the disintegration of the social fabric to the worst as the imposition is now carried out by the use of force.

We have urgently to adapt to the culture of "education controlled society" to make our society a place liveable for human beings.
