What is CLPC?

Our educational mechanism should be "CLPC", Carry load per capacity. It should base on the principle of student's capacity, that is the student has the freedom of choice for selecting subject/area of study per capacity and taste.

At the early phase of schooling,student must be equipped with all necessary skills helpful in on the choosing area of study.For a child to understand the contents of knowledge about anything in a certain language, teacher is required to guide him learn how to read, write and speak the same only.

The basic purpose of early years education is aimed at developing a child into a civilized human being first of first and capable enough to rightly choose the area of study helpful in making him/her a productive professional.

The educational system needs to be capable enough to make a student be able to not only be benefited from the wealth of knowledge of area of study but also return some valuable contribution towards the same wealth which is only possible if the student is encouraged and trained what and how to learn instead of what and how to cram.
