The basic difference between our and western quality of governance is that of the nature of "hiring and firing". We let the process of "hiring of employees"be suffered with loopholes, easy to be exploited with corruption and nepotism while make the "firing of employees" as complicated as is possible hence come up with "mafias" in form of A to Z type of employment associations that are vehement for the protection of their so called employment rights. On the other hand, West is the other way around since it has a more meritorious process of letting people enter the governance structure and a slight error may cause an employee lose the job hence they rely on their efficiency and updated skills to be continued with work rather than being a member of some employment association or labour union.
